We are always interested in hearing from people who would like to be a governor at Brentwood School or College.  No previous experience of governance is required, and we welcome individuals with a keen interest in improving the education, opportunities and experiences of young people with special educational needs. 

Governors work in partnership with other members of the Board and senior leaders to provide straegtic guidance, oversee key priorities and ensure strong financial governance.

This is a rewarding voluntary role where you can make a significant difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.  Governors are required to undertake safeguarding checks, attend school and least termly and commit to ongoing training and learning.
